License Agreement for the use of DeepStateMap.live

DeepStateMap.live is an independent OSINT project created to visualize the course of hostilities in Ukraine. The project's principles are to ensure maximum data accuracy and openness to support the public, the military, and volunteers.
This License Agreement governs the terms of use for the following intellectual property: the DeepStateMap.live website, its content, code, design, structure, API, as well as its textual and visual materials (hereinafter referred to as the Objects).
This License Agreement is a public offer. Сopyright Holder (DEEPSTATEUATECH LLC) owns the exclusive property and non-property rights to the Objects. By using all or a part of the functions or materials of the Objects, any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the Licensee) agrees to the terms of this Agreement in its current version (published on the DeepStateMap.live website).

1. General Provisions

The subject of this Agreement is the relationship that arises between the Parties during the Licensee's use of the Objects owned by the Copyright Holder.
The Copyright Holder grants access for Licensees to interact with and use the content of the Objects based on the provisions of this Agreement.
This Agreement is non-exclusive, meaning there is no restriction on the number of Licensees. Any entity may join this Agreement in accordance with its legal status and the nature of its activities.

The right to transfer and grant permission to use the API for configuring the interaction of the Objects with the tools and instruments of any entity belongs exclusively to the Copyright Holder.
The terms for using the API by entities depend on their field of activity.

The API is provided for free to entities engaged in:
- Volunteer and charitable activities (upon the Copyright Holder's request, they are obliged to provide confirmation of such activity).
- Activities for the defense of Ukraine, its sovereignty, and territorial integrity.
Entities operating on a commercial basis may use the API only with prior approval from the Copyright Holder by sending a request at https://api.deepstatemap.live/request.

Unauthorized distribution, publication, proxying, or other methods of transferring the API to third parties are prohibited.

Visual materials containing a text reference, the DeepStateMap.live logo, or a direct link to the Objects may be freely used for both commercial and non-commercial purposes.
Textual materials containing a text reference, the DeepStateMap.live logo, or a direct link to the Objects may also be freely used for both commercial and non-commercial purposes.

The information displayed in the Objects is based on open sources.
The Copyright Holder does not guarantee complete accuracy, relevance, or reliability of the data and is not responsible for any consequences resulting from its use.

All rights to the Objects belong to the Copyright Holder. The creation of identical objects that completely match the Objects is prohibited.

The Copyright Holder may unilaterally amend this Agreement at any time, with changes effective upon publication on the DeepStateMap.live website.
The Licensee must monitor changes, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

The Copyright Holder does not collect or store personal data, except when required for commercial use agreements.

The Copyright Holder may temporarily or permanently terminate access for Licensees who violate the terms or cause harm.

This Agreement applies worldwide, without territorial limitations.
Applies to both Ukrainian and foreign entities.
Disputes are to be resolved through negotiations or, if necessary, in court under Ukrainian law.

This Agreement remains valid until December 31, 2030, and automatically renews annually unless otherwise set by the Copyright Holder.
The Licensee must comply with the version of the Agreement in effect during their use of the Objects.
